1. Wind makes landing pattern narrow – the stronger wind – the shorter your base leg will be
2. Short base leg doesn’t mean less time – you will spend same amount of time flying your base leg, just moving slower
3. The stronger the wind – the more precise your flying skills should be to fly good pattern
